This phase allows you to visualise your space’s potential before investing in a full design
PHASE 2:
DESIGN PROPOSAL (PAID SERVICE)
- Measurement verification (onsite or online).
- 2 to 3 layout options with functional distribution.
- Refined moodboard with materials and colour palette.
- Digital presentation to choose your preferred design. (Paid service)
- Review and adjustments with the client.
The client selects one proposal to move forward.
PHASE 3:
FINAL DESIGN
Technical drawings with accurate measurements.
Elevations and dimensions.
Materials, colours and hardware list
(“Finishes Schedule”).
Ready for manufacturing.
This is the final formal delivery of the project.
